I have to admit...

I'm a bit of a book addict. 📚

I love reading, surely it's got to be one of the most healthiest addictions out there.

My problem is, when I'm working full time, I really can't allow myself to read, I get so absorbed in books that I tend to forget about everything else.

During the school holidays, I've found myself reading many novels, getting hooked on one after the other, especially if I find a series.

Last weekend at a garage sale I found this book, it's the 10 year anniversary edition and I couldn't leave it behind.

Can you help me?

This is a photo of some of my essential oils and natural products. I find there's always this expectation that you post the most appealing looking photos.
Today, I'm asking for help. I have a decent collection of oils and haven't worked out a storage system for them yet.
Do you have any suggestions?
Do you use oils and have a way that works?
I'm looking for both options for in the home and for travelling. I always find it so difficult travelling as I love bringing my oils along, but how do I store them and make sure I can take care of them?
How could I take them out for every day use?
If you have any tips whatsoever, I would love them!

Also, let me know in the comments if you collect anything! I'd love to know! I have a few other collections as well as my oils 🤭

Is change good for us?

This year has been all about change for me, big changes, small changes, massive changes within myself. Of course every year has changes, but I feel like the past 12 months have had some of the most significant changes so far.

I've learnt a lot about myself, the world around us and have questioned so many things. I'm learning to trust my Intuition more and have faith in what's to come.

I've been going down the path of mindfulness, in all aspects of life, even taking on a course which has helped both in my personal life and with my career.

I have recently been focusing on mindful breathing each morning and evening, making it second nature when something unexpected occurs during the day.
Last week I discovered this 30 day morning mindfulness meditation and I am loving it! Waking up every morning and making sure I meditate before get ready for the day has made me feel happy, calm and relaxed, knowing the day is full of so many possibilities and the future can be incredible. I love being able to work on manifesting my goals on a spiritual level as well as internally and externally.
I cannot wait to see where this journey takes me!

My Young Living Order for this month...

Pretty exciting Christmas sales happening at Young Living this month!
