From patchy, compacted and struggling — to dense, green and thriving 🌱🔥
This one is a Lawn Hub powered transformation, and we're only just getting started.
The process 👇
We first hand-weeded the biggest invasive weeds and removed the majority of the weedy grasses to give the lawn a fresh base to recover and fill out.
Stage 1 — NSFW
Our first application was NSFW by Lawn Hub, a liquid herbicide designed to target stubborn broadleaf weeds and unwanted grasses while keeping the healthy turf safe. We let it settle and do its work over the following weeks — and the difference was already noticeable.
Stage 2 — WET
Around the 3-week mark we applied WET, Lawn Hub's wetting agent. The soil here was extremely compacted which limits water movement and root development. WET helps break through hydrophobic soil, improves water absorption, and opens up the ground so those roots can breathe, expand and strengthen.
Once WET had time to activate, we returned for the next stage.
Stage 3 — Root & Shoot + Trojan
After mowing the lawn low and clean, we fed the turf with Root & Shoot and Trojan — both absolute weapons for lawn recovery.
• Root & Shoot: Designed to strengthen root systems and support new growth — especially once the soil has loosened. Perfect for recovery and density.
• Trojan: A strong, well-balanced granular fertilizer to fuel blade growth, colour and overall lawn health. Helps thicken the lawn and push new shoots fast.
This lawn has recently been fertilized and is now in maintenance mode — but trust us, this is only the beginning. We’ll continue updates in the coming weeks as this turf really takes off 💚
