How big or how tall is your termite / building inspector ?

I used to envy tall guys when I was young. Well, now have lived nearly half a century, I've found my body gives me some advantages than tall guys when crawling in subfloor or wigglinging in roof truss. Australian inspection standards stipulate that accessible clearance must be at least 400mm from ground level to the bottom of the lowest suspected timer(bearer).This allows many inspectors to exclude any clearance less than 400mm as it is deemed inaccessible. That means if termites or damages later founs in the inaccessible space, they are not liable.

However, I've found many times that I could crawl in the area when the clearance was just 150-160mm. The termite mud lead in the following photo was taken today at a property in Donvale that a building inspector could not see the termite mud lead due to height restriction(clearance was only 160mm ). I was only okay to wiggle in that space due to my small body. Thanks,God.
