This was one of the sites that we have serviced/restored/maintained and continue to maintain for over 5 years. However, due to various reasons it is currently unoccupied until further notice. Early 2024 we removed all the rubbish from the site, did a basic clean (although horrific), provided a basic pest control and treatment, did a full garden tidy and boarded the house and garage. We now maintain the gardens on a monthly basis and check to ensure the property remains secure.
