🌳 We’re Hiring Qualified Arborists 🌳
Bayside Treeworks is growing and we’re on the lookout for qualified arborists to join our skilled, safety‑focused team.
We deliver quality tree management services across residential, commercial and government sectors and do everything from tidy prunes to big removals, emergency storm response and large‑scale projects.
We invest in our people, modern equipment, and best‑practice systems to ensure high standards across every job.
We’re based in Somerville Victoria, but work across a wide area.
We have full‑time, permanent roles, mainly Monday to Friday, with the odd weekend or night shift when storm or project work calls for it.
The work:
Pruning, removals & complex dismantles
Emergency storm response
Large scale commercial & infrastructure projects
Safe operation of chainsaws, chippers, EWPs and other plant
Working with a professional crew to deliver quality outcomes
Compliance with all WHS policies, procedures and site requirements
What you’ll need:
Cert III in Arboriculture
Experience as a climbing or ground arborist
White Card
WWC & National Police Check
Driver’s licence (MR/HR a big plus)
A good safety mindset
Right to work in Australia
Physical fitness to work outdoors in all conditions
Bonus points for:
EWP or elevated work experience
MR, HR or HC licence
Storm or large‑scale project experience
First Aid & CPR
