Manworx Australia is seeking a full-time permanent Demand Planning/Supply Chain Specialist for a leading FMCG organisation in Bendigo, Victoria.
The ideal candidate should have experience in the consumer goods or food industry and be responsible for coordinating the weekly and monthly demand planning process S&OE/S&OP. The numbers must be supported by underlying assumptions, incorporate business intelligence from both internal and external sources, and align with the marketing, customer, and sales plans to minimise inventories while optimising customer supply/DIF. This role involves planning across the assigned product portfolio & channels in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders. Additionally, the role acts as the demand integration point into the Marketing, Sales, and Finance functions throughout the S&OP process.
Eligibility: You MUST be an Australian Citizen/ Permanent Resident/ Regional Resident OR holding valid working rights in Australia to apply for this role.
Role Offers You:
This position offers an annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 plus superannuation, negotiable for the ideal candidate, and entails an immediate commencement.
