Ever heard of a sleeper block? It's when the pool goes in first, and the house gets built around it.

This subdivided site in Mt Eliza is getting two Reflections pools in Shimmer White, going in alongside the team at as the new homes take shape around them.

Building pool-first means the shell goes in while there's still full access for the crane and delivery trucks, before fences, landscaping and driveways lock the block down.
