Hello! Thanks for all your understanding with our changes over the last few weeks.
It’s taken a lot of careful consideration and thought to bring in these new policy’s but to continue to run a successful business we unfortunately don’t have any other choice.
We tend to be extremely lenient towards all our gorgeous clients, and we will still continue to be, but at the end of the day this is our main source of income and unfortunately can no longer afford last minute cancellations, or payments not being made after multiple reminders.
All late cancellations will have a $10 fee that will be added onto your next cleans total. We always send out confirmations 12-15 hours before your clean, we will now be making these messages 24 hours in advance. Please ensure you have your cleaning dates scheduled in your diary, it isn’t up to us to always remind you. This way you’ll be aware and reminded when you have a clean scheduled when you have something else on, and you can contact us earlier.
Please understand we have many clients who leave us keys, if you aren’t home this is a great option instead of cancelling. We are more than happy to supply you with our up to date police checks if need be.
Late payment policy will be brought in once you’ve passed your 5 day mark post clean. If at any point making payment isn’t possible within the 5 days, please reach out to us. We are more than understanding when it comes to this issue, we get that life happens and sometimes it’s not your no.1 priority. We just ask to be messaged and informed.
We just need all our clients to understand that we provide a service, same type of thing as eating at a restaurant, you aren’t able to pay 5 days after you’ve ate, exact same type of thing with us.
If the $10 fee isn’t paid by your next clean date, you will be informed and your clean will be cancelled until payment is made.
