Want flexible work where you actually make a difference? We’re looking for caring and reliable Personal Care Workers to support clients in their homes.

If you enjoy helping others stay independent and building real connections, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing

Providing personal care
Helping with daily tasks like meals, cleaning and mobility
Supporting clients to stay independent
Building positive and respectful relationships
What you need

Experience in aged care, disability or community services
NDIS Worker Screening Card
Driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle
Two professional references
A genuinely caring attitude

Important
This is a casual role, so you must include your availability in your CV so we can match you with suitable shifts.

👖 Our First Jeans for Genes Day – A Huge Success! 💙

Yesterday, we proudly hosted our very first Jeans for Genes Day here at Home Assist!
Staff swapped their usual workwear for denim, shared a lovely morning tea, and came together for an amazing cause, supporting the Children’s Medical Research Institute.

Thanks to everyone’s generosity, we raised just over $200 in our first year! 🙌
This is just the beginning, next year, we’re aiming to make an even bigger impact and continue helping fund vital research for sick kids.

Thank you to our team and supporters for making this event so special. Here’s to even more denim and donations in 2026! 💙👖
