Schleicher Cleaning PTY LTD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This agreement outlines the Terms and Conditions for our Residential house cleaning provided by Schleicher Cleaning.

Servicing suburbs from
Bouvard to Secret Harbour
Mandurah to Pinjarra By using our services, you agreed to be bound by these terms.

• BOOKING
If we are unable to access to the property 50% of your cleaning cost will be required. Please have key arrangement or ensuring someone is at the property to all

ow access. We used our own products and equipment, please inform if you have product allergies etc. Please make us aware of any broken/ damaged items within the household prior to your clean, we do not take liability for further damage.

• CANCELATION
Cancelations that take place within 48 hours of the clean will require 50% of your cleaning cost. We understand things happen last minute such as illness/ work/ family however this is leaving us with not enough time to fill your space which leaves us at a loss. Please consider giving as much notice as possible when cancelling.

• PAYMENT
All payments are to be made by the end of the day of which the clean has taken place. If payment is not made there will be a $10 late fee added
Bank transfer is the accepted method of payment, we do not accept PayPal or cheque. Any issues with payment or to request a payment arrangement,
please contact as soon as possible.

• REFUNDS
Refunds are not accepted however I will offer to rectify any issue that may have occurred.

Nothing beats sparkling clean walls and a fresh home ready for new tenants. 🏡✨

I am so obsessed with the outcome of these walls and skirting boards! 😍✨

With all that stubborn red dirt built up over time in fly screen and doors it took plenty of elbow grease, working on my hands and knees, but the results speak for themselves. 💪🧽
