Widely used within industrial cleaning products, ammonia is a toxic chemical that has negative impacts on people, and the planet. 🌏

At this point, most of us are no doubt all aware of the negative impacts bleach has on our people and the planet. 🌎 However, with the vast amount of cleaning products sold at supermarkets still containing these nasty chemicals, we're here to give you a friendly reminder.

Upon entering waterways, did you know bleach turns into carcinogens, inevitably harming our aquatic life? 🐠

Happy Halloween, or should we say, hallowGREEN! 👻 If you're feeling festive and keen to join the celebrations this year, we've got some sustainable trick or treating tips to make sure Planet Earth can enjoy the festivities as well!

🎃 If you receive treats wrapped in foil, remember they can't be be recycled as is. Instead, scrunch all your foil treat wrappers together into a ball before throwing them in the recycling bin.

🎃 When purchasing your treat supplies, try your best to look for vegan-friendly alternative treats that don't contain ingredients such as gelatine.

🎃 Instead of purchasing a costume you'll like never wear again, help stop the rise in landfill by committing to crafting a costume out of material/pieces you already own!

The Planet Earth Cleaning team recently made the most of the sunshine and headed out for our picnic unwrapped 🎁 hosted by to raise awareness about the impacts of food and plastic waste.

What's different about this picnic you ask? We'll give you a hint, it's in the title....no plastic allowed! And guess what!? Our team were lucky enough to walk away with 2nd place in the Biggest Community Picnic with the judges impressed by our commitment to reducing/eliminating single-use plastics. 🏆
