TEAM “SPOT”LIGHT – Meet Tarn ✨

Tarn is the Founder and Managing Director of Leopard Cleaning Services. Eight years ago, she started Leopard with one goal: to build a cleaning company that genuinely cares about both its clients and its team. What began as a one-person business has grown into a team of around 20 + amazing staff proudly supporting homes across the Eurobodalla.

A few things about Tarn:

☕ Loves a strong coffee
💡 Loves building systems and finding better ways to do things
✨ Favourite part of the job: No two days are ever the same. One day she might be inside a stunning clifftop holiday home, the next she’s meeting the team for a WHS meeting at a local café, ordering supplies, interviewing new staff, visiting providers, or travelling interstate to meet clients.
🌿 Outside of work, you’ll usually find her out in nature, paddle boarding, hiking to waterfalls, spending time with her two kids, or dreaming up Leopard’s next big idea.
🐆 Wears many hats—from quoting jobs and meeting providers to supporting the team, solving problems and helping Leopard continue to grow.

🏆 What a journey! 🏆

On Saturday night, Leopard Cleaning Services had the honour of attending the Eurobodalla Business Awards as finalists in the Excellence in Small Business category.

While we didn’t take home the award this year, we couldn’t be prouder of being recognised as a finalist. For a local business like ours, that in itself is something worth celebrating.

Over the past few weeks we’ve been overwhelmed by the support we’ve received. The messages, comments and encouragement from our clients, friends and the local community have been incredible. Hearing how much people appreciate our team and the service we provide has honestly meant more than you know.

What we offer:

About the role:

You’ll be helping clients maintain safe, clean and comfortable homes. Most of our work is domestic cleaning for aged care clients, so reliability, kindness and attention to detail are essential.

• Enjoys helping others
• Has a driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Can work independently
• Takes pride in their work

Requirements:

• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
• Current flu vaccination (required for aged care clients)
• Smartphone for rostering and communication
• Ability to meet aged care provider compliance requirements

Perfect for parents returning to the workforce or anyone seeking flexible daytime hours.

Experience is welcome but not essential. We provide full training and support to the right person.
