After 20 wonderful years, it is with incredibly heavy hearts that we announce the permanent closure of our business following the devastating fire that destroyed the machinery and equipment at the heart of our operations.
This is not the ending we ever imagined. While the building still stands, the fire has left us without the tools we relied on every day, and after much thought and consideration, we have made the difficult decision that it is time to close this chapter.
Unfortunately, the cost of replacing the machinery and starting again is simply beyond what is possible for us, making this heartbreaking decision unavoidable.
For the past 20 years, it has been our privilege to serve this amazing community. What began as a business became so much more—a place built on trust, hard work, lasting friendships, and the support of loyal customers who became part of our extended
family.
To our customers, thank you for your unwavering loyalty over the years. Your support has meant everything to us, and we are deeply grateful for every order, every
recommendation, every conversation, and every opportunity to serve you.
To our dedicated staff, past and present, thank you for your commitment,
professionalism, and friendship. Your passion and hard work helped shape this business into something we have always been proud of.
Although this is a heartbreaking way to say goodbye, we choose to remember the countless wonderful moments we've shared over the last 20 years. Those memories, relationships, and the incredible community that surrounded us are things no fire can ever take away.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for being part of our journey. It has been an honour to serve you, and we will always be grateful for the trust and support you have given us.
