Welcome to the team, Richard “Dick” Donahoe.

We’re excited to welcome Richard as our new Operations Manager at Mac Waste.

Richard brings decades of experience to the team, with extensive experience in the trucking industry and management within the waste industry.

His practical knowledge, leadership, and understanding of day-to-day operations make him a valuable addition to the business.

Having Richard on board has already taken pressure off the leadership team and brought valuable insight into the industry. As we continue to grow, his experience will help strengthen our operations and support the next stage of Mac Waste.

Richard will also be managing our skip bin operations, so if you’re looking to organise a bin or have any questions, he’s the man to speak with.

Every piece of equipment has a first job.

Today, our first 30m³ skip bin was loaded up for the very first time.

A big thank you to Tambo Waste and Kwik Tip for working with us and using their hook lift truck to get the job done.

It’s great to partner with other local businesses and support each other along the way.

Leading this division is Joel Linford, bringing over 25 years of hands-on industry experience in locating services.

This isn’t just an add-on — it strengthens everything we already do on site.

🚜 A New Addition to the Fleet 🚜

A big thank you to for working with us on this project and helping deliver another great piece of equipment to the Mac Waste fleet.

Our new telehandler is now on site and ready for work, complete with a new lockable rotating fork attachment designed specifically for safely handling and disposing of our 3m bins on project works.

It was great to hand the machine over to our team and see it straight into action.

This machine also comes equipped with onboard scales, allowing us to accurately calculate the weight of every lift, providing greater efficiency and accountability on site.

With JCB LiveLink, we can also monitor:

✔️ Operating hours
✔️ Live fleet tracking
✔️ Equipment performance data
✔️ And much more
