Dear customers,

Spring is here (or will be here 🧐) and we have been filling in our calendar. If you would like to schedule your window cleaning between October and December, please let us know early. Currently, we are full until the end of September.

I am in the process of contacting our regular customers and I apologise for the delay, but please reach out if you have your preferred dates.

Our pricing for a single-story home is as follows:

- 3x2: starting from $250 (includes inside and outside windows, screens, and all tracks)
- 4x2: starting from $290
- Pool/balcony balustrades $8-$10 each glass for both sides

Many of our customers said that we are the most thorough window cleaners. We detail everything including frames and panels, and we thoroughly wash the screens. We provide complimentary cleaning of wardrobe and bathroom mirrors, the front door, and crimsafe screens with a full house window clean.

Due to rising costs, we may not be the cheapest option available, but our prices remain very reasonable. Many customers have said that their windows stay clean for a long time. We feel it is important to do a thorough job because many only have their windows cleaned once or twice a year, so it is worth getting it cleaned properly.

Winter is almost over and September to December is our busiest time ☀️

We just like to give you a bit of an update….
We have had a little bit of a change at the beginning of this year. Due to health reasons we’ve had to stop most of our housekeeping jobs and focus more on window cleaning. We also have Sofia working with us most of the time- so we are a team of 3 yay 🎉!

Hopefully for spring and summer we will have more availabilities than in the past. But we may not, as we’ve expanded our window cleaning customer base in the past 6 months. So we will have to see as this is a new adjustment for us.

If you need your windows cleaned in spring and summer, please let us know early.

To keep our small business sustainable, we are making a small adjustment to our rate. So we may have to make a small increase for our regular customers.

For new customers, we usually come and quote first. We charge $7.50-$9 per window panel. A standard 3x2 would be around $200 for windows and screens and $40-$50 for tracks, total of $250.
Standard 4x2 would be around $260-$300 for windows, screens, and tracks.

We have been told that we are the most thorough team of window cleaners. We detail everything, including frames and panels. We even clean wardrobe mirrors, front door, and the crimsafe. It usually takes us 6-8 combined hours (2-3 hours with 3 of us working) to clean each medium size house.

We thank our regular customers for their continued support and we look forward to getting to know our new customers.
