Talk about a "pinch me" moment. We just found out that Pioneer Pest Mackay hasn't just been nominated once for the Mackay Region Chamber of Commerce Best in Business Awards... we’ve been nominated TWICE!

Alongside our nod for New Business Excellence, we are officially in the running for the Small But Mighty award (sponsored by Mackay Regional Council).

Honestly, looking at that massive list of 25 local legends in this category, we are completely blown away to be named alongside them. THE FINAL TALLY IS IN: $4,354 FOR MENTAL HEALTH! ✂️🤘🏆

​We’ve officially finished our Mullets for Mental Health run, and we couldn't be prouder of the team. We set a goal of $2,000, and thanks to your support, we absolutely smashed it—raising more than double what we expected!

​Found this ripper during an inspection today. Apparently, fire blankets are "optional" when you’re the cheapest quote in town.
​Look, we’re no plumbers, but we know three things: s*** runs downhill, timber burns and the lowest price usually costs the most in the long run.

​The Tradie Test:
Ask them how they’ll do the job. If you get an awkward silence and a blank stare, they’re making it up on the fly. 🏃💨

​If you want a second opinion from blokes who actually bring the right gear (and don't try to cremate your floorboards), call the legends at Mangrove Plumbing & Drainage
