🚨 We’re Hiring – Carpet Cleaners & Pest Controllers 🚨

Big Red Carpet Cleaning & Pest Control is growing, and we’re looking for motivated people to join our team!

We have opportunities available for:
• Casual
• Part-time
• Full-time
• Contractors

💥 No experience? No problem!
We’re happy to train the right people — if you’ve got a great attitude and strong work ethic, we’ll teach you the rest.

We’re also seeking Pest Controllers to join our team.

📍 Work Location:
The bulk of our workload is on the Gold Coast, with services extending to Logan, Brisbane, and Ipswich areas.

About the Role

You’ll be involved in a variety of services, including:
• Carpet, tile & grout, and upholstery cleaning
• Stain and odour treatments
• Water damage restoration (extraction, drying, monitoring)
• Mould inspections and remediation
• Preparing job reports (before & after photos)
• Working directly with clients and delivering great customer service

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in carpet cleaning/restoration (preferred but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit and reliable
• Positive, can-do attitude

Requirements

• Manual Driver’s Licence (essential)
• Blue Card & White Card (or willingness to obtain)
