Experienced fencer / Leading hand

Contract fencing experience is required

The ability to pay close attention to detail is also required to provide our clients with a high quality standard of work, while also managing time deadlines

The successful applicant must have prior experience in the required fields, and be competent with most aspects of rural fencing and machinery operations
such as:
Various tractor operations (some hilly country)
Hydraulic post drivers
Chainsaw operations
Wire straining / tying off

Must have current drivers licence

Excellent pay rates available
Pay rates will depend on experience
Percentage rates / per metre rates available also.
Opportunity for an uncapped wage/salary

Located in the northern rivers region

We install all types of rural fences including:
Concrete, timber and steel posts
Barbed wire, plain, netting/ mesh
Post and rail / stockyards

POSITION 1 - Offsider / Labourer

Must have current drivers licence and transport

The successful applicant should have some basic fencing experience such as the general workings of a fence line and know tie offs and the use of wire strainers ect
Tractor driving experience and knowledge will be highly advantageous (Especially in steeper country)

Chainsaw experience is great but training can be given to the right applicant

Excellent pay rates available
Pay rates will depend on experience

POSITION 2 - Experienced fencer / Leading hand

Prior contract fencing experience is preferred

Located south west Qld

Position will be for around 4 weeks to finish off our season
Possibility for more work next season
Start ASAP

The position will be all camp out basis
Good working roster with good pay
All meals provided and washing done for you

The right applicant should have some fencing experience and common sense
Good tractor driving skills and welding ability a bonus but not essential

Nathan brown rural contracting currently has 1 fencing position for a keen fit young person to be filled for the 2022 season in south west Qld
Starting first week in March
(Weather depending)

Pay will depend on experience
ABN required
Good pay available with no expenses other than personal items

The position will be all camp out basis with limited phone reception or wifi
You will need to bring your own swag, tent or camper.

Meals will be provided and your washing will be done for you

The right applicant should have some prior fencing experience and common sense

Must have a positive attitude around work and camp, and willingness to learn.

Good tractor driving skills

Welding skills an advantage

Truck license and advantage but not necessary

Haven’t posted for a while but here are a few pics of what we have been up to

We have had a few major changes this year and are now taking on jobs throughout all of QLD and NSW

It’s a real credit to all the team that have been with us for all the hard work that has been put in to get the awesome results that we have got so far this year
