A Massive Apology from You Beaut Homes
Over the past 12 months, many of you have experienced delays, silence, or breakdowns in communication from us — and we want to sincerely apologise.
We’re a small business, and during this time we faced significant personal challenges behind the scenes. Unfortunately, that meant we dropped the ball on customer service and didn’t show up the way you deserved. We take full responsibility for that.
(And no — AI didn’t save us either!)
Over the past few months, we’ve done extensive planning, made real operational changes, and put new systems in place to ensure our communication, reliability, and customer care are consistent and dependable going forward. We’re genuinely committed to being the business you can count on.
We are also working hard behind the scenes to get to each and every one of you as quickly as we can.
To those who stuck with us — thank you. Your patience and loyalty mean more than you know.

Instead of launching our usual Christmas special this year, we’ll be kicking off a FREE CLEAN GIVEAWAY at the start of each month and going into 2026.
