BOOKINGS ESSENTIAL

Basket Sizes
Standard Baskets Approx 7 Kilos (maximum 14 kilos for two combined baskets)
Overfilled Baskets will not be accepted.

Drop Off:
Time: Between 7:00 and 7:30 am
Items: Two standard laundry baskets, maximum
Payment: Due at drop off

Washing:
30 degrees or cold (advise us on drop off)

Drying:
Hung on the line if the weather is nice; otherwise, machine dry.
Folded

Pick Up:
Time: Between 5:00 and 7:00 pm

Important Notes:

No Pet or animal Bedding/clothing Allowed
Check and remove items from pockets
All clothes must be delivered in your laundry baskets
Both baskets will be washed together in one load

We take care of your laundry but cannot be responsible for colour runs, damaged or lost items, or shrinkage of clothes
No responsibility for allergic reactions from products used
