Hi there just wanting to post some of the policies I've had to put in place i hate to do this but as we know the price of living has gone up and we are all struggling a little with the change . So I've had to put some fees in place for cancellations, lockouts ect.

So if you need to cancel a job please do so by 9am the day before your clean or I will be charging 50% of the price of the clean.

Also if I get to the house and cannot gain access into the home locked out forgot to put key out ect and trying to contact to see if anyone can let me in with no luck il have to charge 75% of the cleaning fee.

NDIS cleans is a whole different thing they have there own set of rules which has been discussed in the passed with all my current NDIS clients .

Thanks so much for your understanding this isn't something I wanted to do but have to look after myself and my family.
