CLEANING HACKS FOR A HEALTHIER BEDROOM!
1. Wash bedsheets regularly
Ideally, you should wash your sheets weekly or at the very least fortnightly. This helps prevent breakouts, sicknesses and germs. Especially during our winter flu season! 😷
2. Air out your bed
Skip making your bed for the day. Moisture under our sheets builds up at night while you sleep! Moisture that breeds bacteria and Mould 😱 So open your blinds and leave your mattress to air out during the day.
3. Deep Clean your bedroom
Clean your room top to bottom once a month. Clean fans, air vents (heating and cooling), dust shelves and surfaces, curtains, windows, skirting boards and light fittings. A clean room eases the pain for all you hayfever sufferers out there. Because a clean room is a healthy room 😍
