A big lesson to learned is that every bond clean should be priced based on the property’s condition and the client’s expectations—not just a standard quote.

In the past, I have accepted jobs without having a detailed checklist. On some occasions, what was expected turned out to be far more than a standard bond clean, requiring extensive deep cleaning that wasn’t included in the original quote.

Going forward, I’ll always ask for photos, the property’s condition, and a clear list of expectations and the checklist before providing a final quote. This helps ensure fair pricing for both the client and our team, while allowing us to deliver the high-quality results we’re known for.

Every job teaches us something, and this experience has made our business even stronger.
