Busy local Family run company needs Top Class team member to join us.
Role:
Your role includes driving mobile bin cleaning machines to our family of customers and operating the machine to provide a top class clean every time.
As our new team member you will successfully display an ability to deliver an excellent standard every time we go to work.
You will be working various days from Monday to Saturday
(usually no earlier start than 9am and usually no later finish than 17:00),
Initially 20-25hrs per week
increasing to
30-40 hours per week.
The day will usually commence and finish from our premises based in Lakelands,
where all equipment is cleaned, maintained and prepared in the afternoon ready for a quick start in the morning.
You will be required to drive a work Ute and candidates must have a current WA Driver's License - C class (Manual) and be off "Probationary Plates" (due to insurance restrictions).
Essential Skills
• An excellent work ethic, positive attitude and take pride in your work
• Current C Class Licence - Manual
• Excellent communication skills and ability to relate well and respectfully to customers, general public and work colleagues
• Ability to take responsibility and initiative working well in a team and independently
• To care for and manage the maintenance of trade machines
• Excellent time management skills with capability to work to a schedule.
• To take great pride in their work and understand the importance of customer relationships
• To be neat and have a tidy presentation
• To be physically fit and able to cope with the manual demands of this high tempo job and outdoor working environment
Desirable Skills
• Previous experience working with mechanical equipment and High Pressure cleaners including the basic maintenance and repair of Pumps, hydraulic and electrical systems is preferred but not essential for the right candidate.
