Hope to see you this Wednesday (6 May) at Kurri Kurri Bowling Club from 6pm for this free community event with thanks to the legends at Rotary Club of Kurri Kurri🫶🏽

If you’re not feeling okay, you’re not alone and help is always there.

This post includes some simple steps and support services like Lifeline and Beyond Blue if you or someone you know needs them.

Craig Hamilton will be in Kurri this Wednesday, sharing his story and opening up an honest, practical conversation about mental health, resilience and hope.

We know conversations like this can be tough at times, but the message is simple: support is there and no one has to go through it alone.

Craig will also stay after the event to sign copies of his book, answer questions or just have a chat.

Date: This Wednesday (6 May)
Venue: Kurri Kurri Bowling Club
Time: From 6pm (for a 6:30pm start)

Looking forward to this one. Hope to see you at the Kurri Kurri Bowling Club on Wednesday, 6 May from 6pm.

Less than a week to go, and this one is filling fast.

We’ve already got a strong crew registered, with local sporting clubs bringing their teams along… so we’re expecting a full room.

If you’re thinking about coming, now’s the time to lock it in.

We had a great chat with Craig Hamilton last week and he’s a straight shooter. No fluff. No preaching. Just real talk, backed by lived experience.

He’s coming to Kurri to share practical tools, open up the conversation and remind people that support is there when you need it.

Wishing all our mighty Kurri teams a big day on the field today 🏆

We all know what strength looks like on the sports ground...but what about when the jersey comes off?

Craig Hamilton -Mental Health & Wellbeing Speaker is a familiar voice in Rugby League broadcasting, but his life changed in an instant when he faced a serious mental health crisis at the height of his career.

With the backing of respected figures in the game, including Wayne Bennett, Craig is now helping Australians have the conversations that matter most.

The Rotary Club of Kurri Kurri invites you to a free community event to hear Craig’s story. It will be raw, real and incredibly powerful.
