Our regular customers are serviced on a weekly/fortnightly basis.
About the role
· You will be working Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays required (seasonal);
· As an experienced person in maintaining gardens across a range of sites which require different competencies, you will be responsible for delivering quality outcomes that ensure client satisfaction;
· Because of our diverse client base, our work takes us across the entire Melbourne Metropolitan area and some Regional locations;
· Experienced supervision and administration support are on hand every day to assist in getting the job done; and
· Must be fit and able to work in a team or autonomously, must be able to follow instructions with an attention to detail.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
· Mowing, edging, trimming, weeding, mulching, planting, pruning, cleaning and/or any other gardening and maintenance;
· Ensuring the safe operation and transportation of vehicle and/or equipment, including performing routine checks;
· Punctual attendance is a must, and an enthusiasm to get the job done;
· Must have tidy and clean attire, and with good communication skills; and
· Knowledge and understanding of OH&S is essential.
To be successful in this role:
· Have a current Victorian Driver’s License (essential);
Work experience is preferred but not essential – training on the job will be provided but a can-do attitude is essential;
· You have excellent time management skills, are a team player and comfortable working in groups or alone as required.

Extra loading if you have your own vehicle (ute/van) to carry gardening tools and/or your tools.
