Please be advised that we will be closed as of 12pm Thursday due to preparations for Cyclone Alfred.
We will remain closed for Friday 07/03 - dependent on weather conditions we may reopen on Saturday 08/03, however please stand by for any further updates on our trading hours.

**We are still trading as per normal until further notice**

Cyclone Alfred will bring high winds and over 300mm of rain in the next few days, to keep your pool equipment safe as well as avoid damaging your home, follow this guide to help ensure you're as best prepared as possible.
1. Remove and Secure Pool Covers
2. Clear Debris Around Heat Pumps
3. Inspect Rooftop Solar Tubes
4. Turn Off Your Heat Pump Safely
5. Turn Off Pool Pump & Solar Pool Heating
6. Post-Storm Procedures: Once the storm has passed, inspect your equipment thoroughly before restarting. Clear away any debris that may have accumulated around your pool pump, solar pump and heat pump, check for visible damage, and ensure ventilation areas are unobstructed. Only when you’re confident the area is safe should you restore power and restart your system.

If you do need to vacate the premises and are leaving the equipment turned off, we recommend adding some liquid chlorine to pool to prevent it from turning.
