I have some awesome clients but this guy always tries slip me extra $ for our work so I got him back good. With the extra $ he slipped in plus some Tammys Cleaning Services put in we got his daughter's gift fixed for him. Wasn't easy task as had go to heap shops to get the plastic panel, thank you Mitre10 Kingscote. Being hexagon had be cut to size but before that Jess had to fix the frame as was in parts and glue it together. Really appreciate the work they put into it. Obviously so was my client and I made sure he didnt slip extra in for the clean. He tried I won & he called me names but i laughed & hugged him.

Salty air 2 set up except sofa bed but its the same quilt cover as rest of house. Looks so much better now

Spent 4 hours dealing with salty air linen and making sure we have enough til kingscote laundry service shuts, moving Salty Air stuff so that the shed can be cleared out minus Salty air stuff. Score 24 white pillow cases for Salty for free which was great as they were short 12 so now we have back ups too. Going be a bit of head ache as only hired linen to go back no house linen.

Another End of Lease. Omg love this house and the owners are lovely. They going to open up the kitchen and sitting area wall so its more open. Put in a dish washer & island bench & move the u shape to go whole wall length. Going to be awesome. They like very long leases but already got people moving in after Reno's on a 2 year lease. Lucky buggers.

Bats taken over house. Think they living in air conditioner, hope they all got out when I opened up the back more and cleaned the air-conditioning and test it. Put the backing on properly so they can't get back in. And put the man hole back on so can't get in that way either.
