We specialize in commercial grade cleaning products including chemicals & paper products. and machinery & equipment including chemicals, Paper products and a wide range of cleaning accessories such as buckets, mops, cloths, window cleaning products and many more products to choose from.

We are looking for a resilient, empathic business development executive to contribute to the growth of our company. Business development executives are responsible for finding and retaining clients and encouraging existing clients to purchase added products or services.
About the Role
Business development executives are responsible for finding and retaining clients and encouraging existing clients to purchase added products or services. Understands what drives overall business success and is accountable to prioritize and deliver quality results. Demonstrates knowledge of core products and processes to get results. Anticipates obstacles and takes action to prevent or minimize their impact.
The role requires minimum 2 days a week and 8 hours per day or could spread across 3 to 4 days and giving at least 16 hours a week. The role gives you an opportunity to make up to $3,550 along with a flexibility of work.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be assigned as needed)
• The candidate is expected to familiarize themselves with all products and services offered by our company.
• Primary responsibility of the incumbent would be procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and developing relationship with the existing client base.
• The candidate would also be responsible to initiate networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients and identify partnership opportunities.
• Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
• Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
• Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
• Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
• Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
• Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
• Prepare and present written presentations, reports, and price quotations.
• Answering phone calls and taking Sales orders through phone and processing the orders in timely manner.
• Flexibility in working hours to meet the needs of the business including some weekend shifts.
REQUIREMENTS
• Prior experience in sales /business development preferred.
• The candidate should have their own vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• The incumbent should be Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behaviour.
• Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
• Professional yet affable disposition.
• Neat, well-groomed appearance.
• Great networking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
