*LOCATIONS NORTH AND SOUTH*
Located north of the river in Joondalup, our services are on offer from Monday to Thursday, 8am to 5pm. We operate south of the river to Canningvale on Fridays 8am to 5pm. As we are using Facebook automatic calendar, please allow up to 15-30 minutes driving time, your booking will start once we arrive at the property, if we are running behind schedule we will contact you to advise.
*PAYMENT OPTIONS*
All once-off vacate cleans require a deposit of our minimum two hour cost at $80.00 prior to the job commencing, once the job is complete this will come off the final amount due. Invoices will be provided along with receipts. Payments can be made via Direct Deposit, Pay Id and Cash as per details on our invoice.
*CANCELATION POLICY*
If you wish to cancel your job, we require a minimum 24 hour notice otherwise you will forfeit your deposit paid. If you need to cancel under an extreme circumstance please contact us directly via Facebook Messenger and we will call you to discuss.
