Three follow-up photos to the previous video.
It is 3 weeks on from the initial treatment of the nest within the tree and the termites within the house. The termites are not active any more. As you can see it was quite a sizeable nest.

These termite leads are from Microcerotermes. The exposed slab edge, which is the termite management of these two different Villa's has done exactly what it was designed to do, expose the termites.

Just a few photos showing a recent perimeter chemical soil treatment that was installed at a property. No termites within the house but live termites nesting in the yard area. As can be seen, trenches dug back to the footings and then soil treated and replaced, creating a perimeter barrier.

These guys have been around recently.
Beautiful looking but don't get bitten!
I am finding a lot of them in garages, normally amongst items that are stacked in the corners where the garage doors close. They have a very messy web. Just be careful.
