Our 21 October post displayed the tax-exclusive starting figure of A$450. The correct publicly advertised starting total is A$495 INCLUDING GST for eligible properties up to 45 minutes one-way from Laidley Heights.

Our approved GST-inclusive consultation travel bands are:
• Up to 45 minutes one-way: A$495
• 46–100 minutes one-way: A$654.50
• 101–150 minutes one-way: A$907.50
• Beyond 150 minutes, remote or interstate: individual travel and site quote.

Includes up to one hour onsite for a nonclinical preliminary specialist property consultation, relevant return travel and standard inclusions under your individual quote. Additional agreed onsite time is A$38.50 including GST per 15 minutes.

A confidential INITIAL ONLINE property enquiry is FREE. An onsite visit is paid and separately quoted. No fixed maximum distance for making an enquiry.
