Saying goodbye to this home next fortnight, one of our OGs! 😢
Will be sad to see this home go, but I get to follow this family to their new home, and get my little paws on a fresh canvas, which I'm so looking forward to!

The end of 2026, and start of 2027 is shaping up to be a year full of goodbyes. Some we will get the honour of following the families to their new homes, and others will be a final farewell.
Majority have already booked us in to do their final exit clean, which means our books won't be reopening until early - mid next year at this stage.

Christmas dates will also be announced soon, so keep an eye out for texts and emails relating to final cleaning dates, and any additional days/availabilities up for grabs!

You may notice some changes in the payment terms down the bottom left hand corner on your invoices, beginning tomorrow.

Moving forward, a 10% late fee will apply to overdue invoices remaining unpaid after 7 days from the dated invoice.

I initially wasn't going to implement a late fee, but constantly chasing up invoices weeks after the due date, is leaving me feeling mentally depleted and frustrated.
This isn't targeted towards those that make the odd late payment, but rather those that consistently let payments slide weeks after I've cleaned, in an effort to encourage quicker payment. Emails will be sent out to any and all relevant clients tomorrow morning, outlining this change.

Please note, we do offer alternative payment methods also, don't hesitate to reach out to discuss these further.

A client we have previously done one offs for here and there, reached out for an inspection clean and snagged up a sneaky spare spot we hadn't yet gotten around to advertising for 🙊

Would you believe the only product we used on the grout was For All?!?!
Tiles and tap wear required Shyn paste for some extra oomph, but everything else was cleaned with a non scratch scourer and For All... pretty amazing stuff for an eco friendly product!

Saturday we said goodbye to a long term client we've cleaned for since before I even went out on my own!

This was a new build they moved into a couple of years ago, so extra care and attention was shown to all areas, ensuring they were back to their original, new, unlived in condition.

While I don't offer bond cleans to everyone and anyone, exceptions are always made to previous or existing clients (or our favs 😜)

Will miss Mabel greeting us for pats and treats, but excited for our client to be moving onto a new chapter in their life. 💞

🎄 Pre-Christmas Cleans 🎄

HUGE week leading up to the Christmas holidays! Weekend cleans being offered again this year to ensure everyones homes are sparkling clean, taking away some of the stress and give you more time to relax with family/friends and enjoy the festivities ❤️

Confirmation messages have been sent out early to ensure all days/times are filled...please confirm these, and let me know asap if you no longer require a clean, are away, sick etc, so all spots can be filled.

I will be advertising Saturday and Sunday spots still available once I have confirmations all in also, first in best dressed applies here 🏃🏼‍♀️
