At Jacs Carwash we take customer service and satisfaction very seriously.

Yesterday there was incident on site that led to abusive and derogative comments both on site and on line about a staff member and a member of the public. This person is now banned from visiting and using our facilities.

Under NO circumstance should staff and members of the public be abused for trying to do their job or for just being present.

The current weather conditions means that our Autowash has to be shut down of an evening. It is usually operational again by 8am however this is dependant on the overnight temperature (freezing). These temperatures are affecting the machine and we hope that in the next couple of weeks conditions will ease and usual operation can continue.

We strive to help all customers, if you have issues with any of our machines please just ask for assistance - with a smile is appreciated.

We are more than happy to make sure you leave with a shiny clean car.

Jacs Car Wash is seeking a car detailer to join their team at Inverell. Duties include but are not limited to: 1. Car detailing and cleaning
2. Customer service
3. General duties involved in keeping the business clean and tidy.

It is estimated that available hours will range from 20-35 per week.
