Internode, TPG, and iinet customers in Modbury and Prospect are currently experiencing a major network outage, with some enduring severe phone and internet connection difficulties for the past 18 hours.

Customers were first notified of the issue at 5:15pm yesterday evening, with fibre technicians discovering a damaged cable outside the Adelaide Railway Station.

Contractors have been working through the night to replace an extensive section of the cable, due to the severity of the damage.

Just after 10am today, customers were advised a minimum of 6 hours is required to have the replacement cable ready to restore services.
