“Why does an end of lease clean cost more?” 🏡✨

It’s a question we hear often, and one we think deserves an honest answer.

Service pricing isn’t simply based on how many bedrooms or bathrooms a property has. Every quote is carefully calculated using a range of factors, including the property’s condition, the level of detail required, the time involved, the products and equipment needed, accessibility, and the standard we are expected to deliver.

End of lease cleans are a completely different service to a standard domestic clean.

They’re not about making a home “look nice”—they’re about restoring a property to a condition that meets the expectations of property managers and landlords. That means every surface, cupboard, appliance, skirting board, window sill, shower frame, track, vent and hard-to-reach area is meticulously cleaned. Stubborn mould, grease, calcium, soap scum and built-up grime often require specialised products, techniques and additional time to remove safely and effectively.

Unfortunately, cleaners are often undervalued, with many assuming an end of lease clean is overpriced.
