Another new project in WA for UVS to be involved in.

Shovels have broken ground and construction is officially underway on our $32 million METRONET Mandurah Station multi-storey carpark.

This was a major election commitment for our Government, and will support the more than 70% of Mandurah Station passengers currently traveling to the station by car.

The massive new carpark will deliver an additional 700 car bays, taking the total bay capacity to 1,800 across three storeys.

As we continue along the road to recovery, it’s important we invest in local businesses to undertake the work on these important projects.

It’s fantastic to see local Balcatta company PS Structures carrying out construction, ensuring up to 120 jobs go to WA workers.

As part of our plan to keep Building For Tomorrow, we’re getting shovels into the ground and construction underway on lasting transport infrastructure to support WA for generations to come.

This is just one of the seven METRONET projects underway in 2020 across Perth, creating local jobs and opportunities for WA businesses.
