The last nearly two years have changed my life in ways I never expected. I walked away from a chapter that no longer served me, carrying heavy responsibilities, three children depending on me, and a future filled with uncertainty. I left behind security, familiarity, and everything I thought my life would look like. There was no safety net....just survival mode, determination, and the need to keep moving forward.
I stumbled. I was overwhelmed. At times, I coped the wrong ways and felt completely broken. But I didn’t stop moving.
I started wherever I could, including a casual cleaning job. It wasn’t glamorous, but it was honest work, and it gave me a way to provide for my family. One private client turned into another, and over time, that work grew into my own cleaning business, something I am incredibly proud to be building, step by step.
Along the way, I chose growth. I quit smoking, then va**ng. I returned to study and completed my Certificate III in Cleaning Operations so I could offer my clients not just a service, but professionalism, care, and quality they can trust.
This business represents more than clean homes and spaces. It represents resilience, fresh starts, and choosing yourself even when it’s hard. It represents rebuilding and slowly remembering who I am, finding my voice, and becoming someone who isn’t afraid to speak up or chase her dreams.
I don’t need perfection. All I want moving forward is a life that feels peaceful, a heart that feels full, and to be surrounded by the right people. For the first time in a long time, that future feels possible.
