Industrial / Commercial Cleaning Role
Mint Green Clean is growing, and we’re looking for professional, experienced cleaners who take pride in their work and are comfortable in complex industrial environments.
This role would suit someone who is physically strong, practical, reliable and able to think laterally. You must be comfortable working autonomously, using common sense, and making good decisions without needing to be micromanaged.
This is a messy processing plant environment. It is not dangerous, but it is dusty and demanding by nature. The right person will understand that in this kind of workplace, the job may never feel completely “finished” — it’s about maintaining high standards consistently, not expecting a spotless showroom.
What we’re looking for:
✔ Previous experience in commercial, industrial, residential or Airbnb cleaning
✔ Physically strong and comfortable with hands-on work
✔ Able to think laterally and problem-solve on the job
✔ Confident working autonomously without constant supervision
✔ No fear of complex, high-activity work environments
✔ Comfortable working in a dusty processing plant setting
✔ High attention to detail and pride in your finishes
✔ Friendly, professional attitude with clients and team members
✔ Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
✔ Someone who understands that quality, consistency and reliability matter
