Sometimes it’s just something simple..

If you have the FLO error appearing on your touchpad it is indicating insufficient water flow through your heater.. you tub won’t heat, thing won’t work. While this can be a number of causes you can check one of the more common issues yourself.. just remove your filters and see if the error corrects itself, you may just need new filters.

Happy to offer advice on balancing your water chemistry or to come and give you an education on how to take proper care of your tub.. unbalanced chemicals are not only hazardous to your health but can also cause serious damage to the seals and pipework of your tub.

I’m putting a lot more hot water heat pumps in these days which is good to see. Do you know that your standard spa heater is the same as a Kettle Element? And do you think heating your hot tub with the same mechanism as boiling your kettle is economical? NO!
So when you ask me if a heat pump is a good idea here in Tasmania where your tub has to work harder and heat longer to keep up to temperature the answer is most definitely YES!
They come in a variety of sizes for heating hot tubs/swim spas/swimming pools.. happy to walk you through them all.

Feeling handy? Please for all those DIY experts out there who like to get in and have a go.. Spa Controllers should not fall in that category. Call a professional. When water and electricity are working so close together it’s not a job for the DIY enthusiast.
