Pest Control for our good friends down at Signwayz Molendiner this morning.

These legends are responsible for the bright signwriting that you see on the cars. We have happily been using their services for over seven years now.

Highly recommend if you need any kind of car signwriting or shop signwriting. Great family business worth the drive from anywhere.

I think there could be a very large snake in the roof of this house today. If this skin is anything to go by, has a bit of age to it if he/she is here.

At least I will be confident that there are no rodents nearby.

Happy New Year guys! I hope everyone had a fantastic Christmas and happy New Year. Nice to be back.

Back into it on Monday gone. Catching up on the admin and bookings over the break at the minute, appreciate everybody’s patience and getting back to you.

I am ready for another great year of catch up with you all and keeping your homes free of pests.

Kids had a nice little break, was nice to be present at home. They grow to fast.

My main appointments, booking up in May at moment. End of lease, rodent treatments, flea treatments, wasps etc still available.

Looking forward to seeing you all again in 2026. Always appreciate the support that you guys give myself and Vivian’s businesses. Viv is available anytime over at Early Bird Home Loans.

Hey Legends!

As I prepare for my “Xmas party 🤣”, I want to reach out and personally thank each and every single person that has supported our small family businesses journey this year. We are both very grateful.

It’s been a great privilege to continue to connect and have your support. I genuinely love to see you each year and catch up.

Viv is assisting many of you with home loans, investment loans, refinancing, car loans and more. Viv is working through this year and will be open for anyone requiring anything over the break. Feel free to reach out to her.

I hope you all have a wonderful Xmas with your families and friends and I look forward to seeing you all in 2026. I will be taking a break from 19 December and returning on Monday 12th January. Look forward to spending some time with the kids and family. My phone will be unattended for this time with all calls, and messages answered on return.

Hey Legends,

You guys have been asking me why no content of late.

Well, we are getting to the point now where we are seeing all of our lovely regulars over and over again and there are no problems to report anywhere. We did see a new client recently who is the daughter of one of our existing customers (love a good family referral). Her beautiful old Queenslander property has not had a Pest Control for over 25 years before she purchased it, going off of the sticker under the sink.

It was absolutely full of Black Ants everywhere. Hope you like this video. I’m exploiting natural behaviour with a gel that goes back to the nest and relief will be achieved within a week or so.

As of today, we are now fully booked for 2025 and taking Feb 2026 bookings as next availability.

How beautiful are the Spring days?! Loving it. My favourite time of the year and also the busiest for us. We can still do Rodent services and wasps/fleas etc. Our full service spaces are now filled.

A big appreciation and thank you 🙏🏻.

Check out this cheeky one today! This is the cupboard in a customers kitchen. They were storing the cat biscuits in here in a plastic bag. A Rat has taken it upon himself to chew in from the wall into the cupboard.

Rats have fantastic noses and have no trouble sniffing out a good source of food. Rats, when comfortable are extreme creatures of habit so more than likely he has been returning here nightly to knock off a few biscuits. He feels safe with that source/choice of food.

Luckily, the cupboard door has a very strong hinge and the activity has been contained only to this cupboard internally at the property.

Check out this absolutely stunning Carpet Python (Morelia Spilota), just chilling out in a customers shed today.

Snakes are not for everybody but personally I love them, they are a crucial part of our ecosystem and great natural rodent control. With all they are up against, I’ll always love to see a big chunky one like this with a bit of age to it.

This one has lived here for quite some time, and is always welcome to stay in the shed. Pythons have no fangs or venom and are completely harmless.
