A little update on my eye situation. So we have managed to get the infection under control. Now we move onto to healing the reoccurring corneal erosion. Yes it can take some time to heal 🤦‍♀️. If the wound doesn't heal as such I will consistently run the risk of getting infecting as my eye has a weak spot for the germs to get to. If I do have another infection they have confirmed I will need either needling or laser done on my eye to help heal those layers. It is still currently on the cards but if those layers are showing they are healing I may be able to not get it done. So because I definitely don't want to be in that situation, I have just stopped and focused on keeping up with the drops and just trying to heal. I have a review in a month to find out how its going 🤞🤞. Who would of thought a scratch from my toddler in May was going to cause such issues months down the track

So Life has a different idea to make me slow down for abit.
Here is abit of the story
Instead of a beautiful holiday with my beautiful family, i'm having a holiday in a hospital bed. I am ok ish 😅. Back in May my beautiful 2yr old scratched my eye while we were playing, 2wks later it was very painful. My eye had healed but incorrectly, so i was sent to Caloundra for a resurface (peel the layers off and start again). This was a long term injury that i needed to do drops and be gentle with for months otherwise if can get worse. Well i do not like to rest and i keep pushing through (i did do the drops as asked but probably not as much) well anyway this week somehow i ended up getting a fungus/bacteria in my eye. I thought i dont the right thing and went into spec savers on Wednesday, i was given more drops and to return on Friday. I returned on friday and they put a bandaid lense on my eye about 11am. By 7pm my eye decided to flare up. I finally tapped out at 4:30am and messaged around family to sit with my boys so i could go to the hospital. Made it to the hospital to only be sent to scuh. I will be at scuh for a good 5days. I will probably take some further time at home to rest. I will be in contack with those who already having bookings. I wont be taking any new bookings for awhile as i need to slow down and focus on my health.

People often ask what do we do. Well we do the cleaning jobs you ask (The task's you hate or put off for months). If it is to spend our time polishing and dusting bottles or antiques on display cabinets, it is what we will do. If it is just cleaning windows or fan's we are also happy to do that or if it is just a normal house clean we are also happy to do that

It's been a hot minute since I have posted. For the Month of May life was busy. Between busy working, kids and them bringing home germs, School excursions, celebrating a close Family members 18th and then my beautiful 2yr old scratched my eye and he managed to take a couple of layers and then that healed incorrectly so I then had to go down to Caloundra Hospital to have it re opened and to start fresh.
