Wild dogs don’t wait and neither should you.

Once their numbers spike, controlling them becomes a nightmare. These dogs are sharp thinkers. See a trap once, avoid it forever.

That’s why a mix of control methods is essential.
Rotating ground shooting sessions and changing up timing keeps their learning to a minimum and your property protected.

Act early. Stay ahead. Protect your stock and people.

Deer sign on your property? Don’t brush it off.
Already dealing with an infestation? You’re not alone and it won’t fix itself.

Every farmer knows the truth: management costs money.
But losing your crop… losing months of hard work… watching your land take the hit, that costs far more.

If you don’t stay ahead of the problem, the damage doesn’t just add up it snowballs. Your yield suffers, your land value drops, and the stress lands squarely on you.

Act early. Protect your farm. Stay in control.
Your future seasons depend on the choices you make now.

Spent the weekend unwinding in a state forest, plenty of time tracking, soaking up the bush, and enjoying good company. We crossed paths with everything from deer and emus to pigs, and even spotted a platypus which was a rare treat. The only downside was getting attacked by a bat… which the young bloke thought was absolutely hilarious.

Also put the new Potensic Atom 2 through its paces in 4K. The video and photo quality are unreal and it’s incredibly easy to fly.

Now it’s time to get back into what we do best: professional pest control across the Riverina and greater nsw.

Rabbits and hares are among the most destructive invasive pests in Australia. They impact more than 300 threatened native species by stripping and distorting vegetation, and they can quickly destroy cropping, pastures, and livestock feed.

Staying on top of numbers is essential. Once populations explode, the damage to productivity and the environment is devastating.

If you’re seeing signs of rabbits, hares, or any other pest species on your property, get in touch. We can schedule regular ground control to keep numbers down and protect your land. A monthly visit is a proactive approach far better than waiting until it’s too late.

Exclusive: Australia faces 10 years of rabbit plagues due to the “dumb” decision not to fund a new virus to control numbers of the invasive species that are wreaking havoc across the country.

Feral deer might look harmless, even cute, but the reality is very different for Australian farmers and our native environment.

These animals are not native to Australia, and their numbers are spiralling out of control. As populations grow, so does the damage. Feral deer tear through cropping paddocks, destroy pasture, smash fences, foul water sources, and cost farmers thousands in lost income.

It doesn’t stop there. Their grazing and trampling put huge pressure on native habitats, pushing out the wildlife that actually belongs here.

If you’re seeing signs of deer activity on your property, early action is essential. Once numbers build, the damage becomes widespread and expensive to reverse.

Horizon Hunting provides professional, licensed vertebrate pest control across the Riverina and wider NSW. If feral deer are impacting your land, we can assess the situation and put a control plan in place to protect your crops, your income, and the environment.

🦌Feral deer are a widespread problem that can cause:

🌱 pasture, crop, fencing and garden damage
🐏 competition with livestock and spread of disease
🌳 significant destruction to regeneration sites and environmental areas
🚘 motor vehicle and railway accidents.

🚨 Have you noticed tracks, tree rubs, wallows or damage at your place?

Whether you are a landholder or live in town, it's time to strike up a conversation with your neighbours and work together to report feral deer and other pest animals in your area.
