Internal sizes length 11.980m

Height 2.325m
Two solid access doors c/sheeted. Container is fully insulated and lined.
Zinc roof and gutters with air gap. Split system inverter air-conditioning.
New Lpg water heater not installed. Kitchenette with full size stove.
Flat screen tv swivel mounted with DVD player. All windows have fly screens and security grills.
Container doors are still usable for storage room. Freight is at new owners expense.
