Terms & Conditions for Serviced Laundry
Service times
-Our shop is open for pickup and delivery between 10am and 2pm with a guaranteed attendant available.
-Free pickup and delivery for a 24hr service excluding Dry Cleaning within a 10km Radius of Suds on Henley $35.00 minimum charge applies.
-Standard pickup and delivery is completed between 8am and 10am monday to friday as well as an additiona

l delivery time between 2pm and 4pm friday.
-Items for collection to be placed outside ready for pickup by 8am on day of service as the pickup schedule is to our discretion.
-We are an agent of Acres Dry Cleaners Pty Ltd, you will be notified via sms when your dry cleaning is ready for pickup or with a delivery date. Pricing and Payment
-Any price given before service is an estimation and subject to confirmation.
-Payment accepted via cash or eftpos on return.
-For unattended delivery payment link sent to mobile phone available.
-14 day account available on application for businesses or NDIS clients. Other
-We have the right to refuse any service request we feel is out of the scope of our capabilities to complete without damage. Included but not limited to Pillows, Dimonties, Tassels and Feathered Quilts.
-Wash Service is calculated on dry weight.
-Wash Service is for standard mixed clothing.
-Delicates are anything extra care is required during the washing process.
-Commercial towel service includes washing soda, washing detergent and Sanitizer.

Hello Customers of Suds on Henley!

Just a quick reminder that the water will be shut off by SA Water from
9PM TONIGHT 15-3-2021 UNTIL 5AM TUESDAY 16-3-2021.

and also

FRIDAY 9AM 19-3-2021 UNTIL 6PM SAME DAY!

Dryers WILL still be operating not washing machines due to no water.
