To ensure a smooth and professional service, please take a moment to read the following Terms & Conditions that apply to all bookings:

🔹 BOOKING & ACCESS REQUIREMENTS
• Please provide the correct address and all access instructions, including padlock/gate codes, before your scheduled clean.
• If your access instructions change, please notify me at least 24 hours before your appointment.

🔹 INCORRECT ADDRESS / NO ACCESS
If I arrive and cannot begin your clean due to any of the following:
✔️ Wrong address provided
✔️ Waiting at a locked gate with no padlock code provided
✔️ No response from the client after attempted contact (15-minute wait)
Your appointment will be marked as inaccessible, and the required fees will apply.

🔹 TRAVEL & WAITING FEE
If I attend your property but cannot gain access:
💲 A $50.00 Travel & Waiting Fee applies (covers up to 1 hour of travel + waiting).
⏱ Any extra waiting time (if I choose to wait) is charged at
$50 per hour, billed in 15-minute blocks ($12.50 per 15 minutes).

🔹 CANCELLATIONS
• Please give 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• Less than 24 hours notice may incur a $50 late cancellation fee.
• If I arrive and cannot get access, this will be treated as a late cancellation.

🔹 INVOICES & PAYMENT
• An invoice will be emailed to you after your clean or any applicable fees.
• Payment must be made on the same day the invoice is issued.
• All outstanding invoices must be paid before future appointments can be accepted.

🔹 SAFETY
• The property must be safe to work in.
• Pets must be secured unless otherwise arranged.

🔹 SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If you are not satisfied with your clean, please notify me within 24 hours, and I will do my best to assist.
