🚨 Septic & Grey Water Tip of the Week 🚨

This overflowing grey water tank wasn't caused by a blockage or a full tank—it was a failed grey water pump.

The pump had failed and also tripped the house power, leaving the system unable to pump wastewater to the irrigation area. With nowhere for the water to go, the tank quickly filled and overflowed.

⚠️ Signs your grey water pump may have failed:
✔️ House power tripping unexpectedly
✔️ Overflowing tank or inspection openings
✔️ Wet patches around the system
✔️ Unpleasant odours
✔️ Alarms sounding (if fitted)

A failed pump can turn into a messy and costly problem if not addressed quickly.
