Today we removed a 3000L rainwater tank from a Sunshine Coast property where there was no side access. The tank was cut up on site and taken out in sections to get the job done safely and cleanly .

The hot water system was leaking badly and due for replacement. We removed the failed unit and installed a new Rheem Stellar stainless steel hot water system with a 12 year cylinder warranty, giving the home reliable hot water moving forward 🔥

After removing the tank and old hot water unit, we pressure washed the patio to properly clean up the area and leave everything looking sharp ✨

We also removed the old pump system and bypassed the lines to restore direct mains pressure, simplifying the setup and reducing maintenance .Downpipes were repaired to ensure proper stormwater flow and protect the property 🌧️🏡

Just installed a 3-stage whole house filtration system with UV sterilisation for a home right here on the Sunshine Coast - and what a difference it’s made!

This property is only around 10 years old and runs purely on rainwater tanks, but surprisingly had no filtration system in place. The new owners noticed murky water coming through the taps and didn’t waste any time taking action to protect their family’s health.

Burst internal hot water unit 💧🚨

customer noticed leaking inside the property and acted fast.

On inspection, the cylinder had failed internally, with signs pointing to a possible faulty relief valve and thermostat causing overheating 🔥. The existing setup also had no proper drainage, allowing water to discharge directly onto the floor.

We removed the damaged unit and installed a brand new 250L Thermann system along with a new safe tray, Mildred valve, and an additional cold water expansion valve for added protection. All relief drains have now been correctly run to drainage - no more water spilling onto the floor ✅

System fully tested and running perfectly 🔧💪
