Before and After.

New customer needed their carpets cleaned urgently before a rental inspection. What they did not expect was that every bedroom had the same problem. The timber bed frames had bled furniture stain into the carpet fibres underneath and around the legs. You can see exactly what that looks like in the before photo.

Gold Coast Carpet Cleaning. This is what we pulled out of a commercial carpet clean of common areas.

Regular commercial client. High traffic walking areas, the kind of carpet that gets used by dozens of people every day.

This is the waste water coming out of a portable extraction unit during the clean. What you are seeing is what was sitting in those carpet fibres.

Commercial carpet in common areas collects at a rate that residential carpet does not come close to. Sand, dust, skin cells, moisture and general grime from hundreds of foot contacts per day. It compacts into the pile and into the backing. Vacuuming removes surface debris. It does not touch what is embedded deeper.

New client had just purchased this property and was moving in the following day. We completed a full general pest control throughout the entire home before a single piece of furniture went in. Internal and external, wall cavities, voids, weep holes dusted, perimeter spray, gel baiting in the pantry and kitchen areas.

This customer booked for one mattress and after seeing the process decided to have both done on the day. We removed staining, applied antibacterial enzyme treatment, and both mattresses came up looking and smelling exactly as they should.
