We are an owner operated business, registered and insured. We supply all equipment and products for the service. We can organise a carpet cleaning/pest control business and lawn/ garden maintenance business for same day completion that specialize in end of lease jobs if asked. We can include the following extras in price if asked:
-Horizontal/Venetian/Material
blinds;
- Ceilings
-Outside lighting
- Exterior cobwebs
- Garbage bins
- Pressure cleaning
-Cleaning of excessive wall and tile marks and excessive mold throughout the property.
-Exterior of the property. please note these extras are not included in your standard bond clean price. Bond Clean Terms and Conditions:
Any price quoted over the phone without physical inspection is an estimate .Bond and builders Cleaning Services will confirm additional charges before commencement of our service. We do not take any liability for aged/brittle/damaged horizontal blinds and/or light fitting and exhaust fans. We do not unscrew anything within the property this may include but is not limited to light fittings, oven doors, fly screens, etc. We do not remove blu-tak, sticky tape, stickers, wall or window stickers. If asked invoices can be broken down for individual services. If there is any issues regarding the bond clean we will rectify the issues as soon as possible but no later than 5 business days after the completion.
2. If there are any issues regarding the clean we require you (the client) to contact us as soon as possible via email only.
3. We require a clear list of issues (not an exit report) from yourself or the real estate as descriptive as possible.
4.we only guarantee a bond clean for one revisit for rectification and it only includes what is listed (we recommend after the real estate has inspected the property not prior).
5. We do not cover a guarantee on floor areas if a third party has walked or entered the property after we have completed the bond clean.
6.Our guarantee does not cover refunds only rectification of the bond clean which is stipulated in our bond clean guarantee policy. Bond Clean Payment Policy:
Payment is due either:
Prior to commencement of bond clean
and/or; upon completion and no later. Payment options are either transfer (with a screenshot of proof of payment) or cash. Invoice is sent upon completion via email.
